When viewed in cross-section under a microscope, normal surfaces with high anti-slip coefficients show an alternation of marked peaks and cavities. This irregularity generates friction, i.e. slip resistance, but at the same time results in a rough surface that is unpleasant to the touch and difficult to clean.
A more homogeneous and pleasant surface
The Sensitech surface innovative technology is achieved by applying microparticles to the porcelain tile. These particles fill the cavities in the surface, leaving the peaks unaffected, and thus preserving the ability to generate friction. At the same time, the application makes the ceramic surface smoother and more homogeneous. Thanks to this application, it is also more pleasant to the touch and easier to clean.
Improved cleanliness and hygiene for your spaces
Sensitech's production process allows the depressions to be filled and in this way prevents dust and dirt particles from nesting inside them. As a result, the surface is also easier and faster to clean, using common detergents, saving a great deal of time and effort.
